Like the kitchenette with a small fridge and sink that can be found in each apartment. Residents are also welcome to decorate and furnish their apartments as desired. Benton House apartments are offered in a variety of sizes and styles to meet a variety of tastes and budgets. Apartments receive weekly linen and housekeeping services.

The entire assisted living community is on one level, so no resident has to worry about stairs. Every restroom on-campus features grab-bars and emergency buttons, including those found within the residential apartments. And to ensure that help is available when needed, each resident receives a personal emergency pendant.
