Caring facility

This facility has the most invested caregivers. Their jobs can be very difficult some days but they always have the residents best interests at heart. I cannot give enough praise to all of the staff from the Relations Director, Activities Director, MedTechs, Nurses, Maintenance Gentleman, Aides, and kitchen personnel in this facility. Mom has been in residence for 4 years and I am amazed that the turnover of staff has been minimal. Very unusual for this type of facility, which tells me the staff is treated well and enjoy their jobs. They sincerely care about their residents and do what they can to make each day enjoyable for them and especially in this difficult COVID time. I am so thankful for each and every one of them.

I can’t say enough good things about Benton House in Raymore!! My Grandma is doing amazing, she has really broken out of her shell and loves it. She loves the activities and the people who work there.

We’re very pleased with how things have turned out at Benton House! It’s a very nice place, I’d give them top marks across the board. The facility is clean, well kept, the staff is friendly and they take good care of the residents. We’re very satisfied with the service!

My mother is in Benton Houseand has been a resident almost 3 years now. She LOVES it!! We love it. I call it our extended home. From the staff to all the residents, it feels like home! Maybe I’m biased because I’ve been there so much that the residents will see me outside of Benton House and always be so happy to see me as i am them. My moms care is absolutely incredible!! Every staff member treats her with the utmost dignity and respect!As far as we are concerned, Benton House is the only facility I ever want my mom in. Thank you Benton House.

I loved caring for the people when I worked there they were so wonderful and they all made my day so much better and I felt like I had tons of grandparents when I was there some I grew more attached to and I was just so happy I could make a difference in all there life’s

Benton house has caring staff and always smiles when they greet you . I love seeing the pictures of all the fun activities that they do . I would recommend the Benton house to anyone.

Benton House could not have provided better care during the difficult time of my father-in-law’s passing. The entire staff was beyond kind and caring. They truly love their residents and it shows. My mother-in-law continues to get the best care they can provide. They have been so compassionate with her, looking after her needs after losing her life partner of more than 75 years. They are simply the best.

From the moment we entered the building and met Dallas, I knew, this is going to be a home for mom! I love going to visit my mom. Every single person there is so inviting. The staff from the front door on is the very best of who we are as a community. My mom moved in in November of 2021 and within a couple weeks she has grown to absolutely love it!! I’m in heaven to see her dress up and look forward to what ever is going on. We are so blessed to have her there and as a community, we are All blessed to have this facility available here for us!! I couldn’t be happier for mom!

I work for a Benton House vendor partner so I have not been able to enter the building for over a year now, but I am always greeted warmly at the door. (I admire that policy to keep their residents safe and not be lax about visitors even coming in the lobby). Pre-covid, I enjoyed attending events there especially a festive “Festival of Wreaths” event and an educational event. Always a welcoming place...five stars!

My heart always smiles when I enter the doors of Benton House of Raymore. They are always so welcoming and friendly. They know every resident by name and know their preferences! Some residents have been there since they opened! I have never heard a negative thing about this community, which is a rarity these days. You’ll love it there!

I am thankful for the caring staff at this facility. They all go above and beyond to care for residents and make their days a little brighter, especially during this difficult time we are all in. I have been so happy my loved one is where I know she is safe and they are doing everything they can to keep the residents well. APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!!!!!

Benton House of Raymore is a fantastic memory care and assisted living community. The facility is immaculate, the food delicious and the staff is highly trained. Carol is one of the top Directors in Kansas City 5 star spectacular

Thank you to whoever routinely updates the sheep in the front of the building. The whimisical display brings so much cheer to my grandparents everytime we drive by. Little things like that make such a big impact. 🙂

Benton House of Raymore is a warm inviting place to live and to work. We pride ourselves in being a place of love and support. We are a place to call home, decorated with fine furnishings, stunning artwork and, more often than not, the scent of something delicious baking in the kitchen. A place were independence thrives but help is only a call away. A place were you are always like family. Welcome to the Benton House.
