My mom has lived there five years. She says the staff is very good, however, the facility is understaffed. Management doesn’t communicate well with the residents. Activities are inconsistent; some days are full while other days have no activities. The food is also inconsistent and can be very small servings.

Mom has lived at The Benton House of Newnan for over 3 years. She absolutely LOVES her life there. After my father passed away, mom was naturally devastated and depressed. They were married for more than 65 years, and he died unexpectedly. When she began showing signs of dementia, our family knew she needed to be surrounded by others in similar situations. She needed to be exposed to social activities to keep her mind stimulated. She already had several friends who were residents at Benton House of Newnan.After a family conference, we all agreed she needed to be there too. Her dementia has slowed its progression and she laughs more often. She especially enjoys crafting and the regularly scheduled bus trips. She is spoiled by the staff. Many of them treat her like their own family. Mom still owns her home, but she doesn't miss visiting there anymore. She doesn't want to miss any of her daily activities. Our family is very comforted and blessed to have mom living at The Benton House of Newnan. We sincerely appreciate all that is done to keep mom and the other residents happy, safe and nurtured.

I can't think of a more caring, safe or better environment for my mother than Benton House of Newnan. I don't think she would have thrived the way she has, at anywhere else. I really love these people. They feel like family to me.

Benton House of Newnan is an awesome assisted living facility. The staff and management are always welcoming and friendly. The facility is always neat and clean. It always has a home like feel when you walk through the door. The residents have many activities to choose from. The staff and management always try to include all residents in the many activities that are offered. There is no other place that I'd want my mother to be.

I toured many senior care facilities before moving Mom to Newnan Georgia. Most were very nice and offered different opportunities for her but the feel and feeling I got from Benton house put them above all the rest. I have not been disappointed.

I would like to commend Benton House for its beautiful grounds and facilities.Benton House's Care of my Aunt for the past seven years.They have stayed neutral in difficult times between family members.Benton House has always put the care of my Aunt first.I thank them for all they provide.

My sister has been a resident in memory care at Benton House for two years. Prior to then she had been participating a few days a week in the DayCare program. She was always comfortable and content so it was an easy transition for her to move in as a resident. The facility feels as a home, not an institution.The administration staff and ALL support staff have always been very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. (I am her guardian) The care staff does a superb job communicating with my sister in a kind, caring and respectful manner. The lead staff, Mildred and Dawn are amazing and they have excellent support associates! I am so grateful for every staff member! I arrive unannounced several times a week and have had no concerns.Everyone is welcomed and treated as family. The lead care givers communicate so well keeping me up to date with every incident or behavior change that occurs involving my sister. Every employee stays very alert to the needs, location and safety of each resident. The house keeping, laundry, personal assistance, meals, variety of activities, visiting entertainment & opportunities are wonderful. My sister is happy with the care and atmosphere and I have 100% trust in the care and staff.We are grateful and so blessed with the staff at Benton House Newnan!

My Mom has been a resident for 5 years, started in assisted living and now resides in memory care. The staff is excellent and has consistently worked above and beyond to assist her and myself through the many changes that occur as part of the aging process. I couldn’t ask for better care, compassion and communication from each and every one of the staff members, it is very comforting knowing the level of care given to my mom and for that reason I will forever be grateful!!

As an independent contractor working inside the building, Benton House of Newnan by far has the most caring and friendliest staff.They work together as a team to be able to meet the needs of each resident.

I come here thru agency and this is my favorite place! Everyone is so caring and kind. The staff sticks together and works it all out for the residents. The facility is very clean, great food and nice residents. All the Benton Houses are great! Great company to work for!

Our dad has been a resident at the Benton House in Newnan for almost 2 years now. The facility is clean and the staff is exceptional (all of them). We've interacted with all the staff on many occassions and they've always been responsive and caring. There are all kinds of activities for those that want to participate. Someone from our family is there on a weekly basis always unannounced and we've never had any surprises. The staff does a wonderful job working between residents and their families. The only thing I feel that could be improved on is the food but I also realize they are dealing with multiple dietary restrictions. So glad Benton House had an opening when it became a necessity for our family. We appreciate all you do.

The staff at Benton House are superb, caring folks, especially the Director-Gina. Everyone is like family. My brother-in-law is very very pleased to be part of the Benton House family. It's kinda like Cheers-where everybody knows your name! He has been a part of Benton House for almost 3 years and it is his home. He is very content there and the staff does a great job of meeting his needs! It is very clean and comforting with a home-like feel. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

My Mother has been a resident of Benton House of Newnan for 15 months. It was a difficult decision for her to accept she could no longer remain in the home she had shared with her husband of 65 years as she needed assistance with meals, medications, etc. After looking at several other assisted living facilities in the area, we chose Benton House. From the day she arrived the staff was professional, caring and did everything possible to make her transition easier. I am very appreciative of the fact that it is the same today. The staff seem to go the "extra mile" to assist, to recognize things she may need or want, and I am always informed of any changes or observations they may have regarding my Mother's care. My mom has always been a social person and she has had the opportunity to participate in the many activities that are offered, and has made new friends. The facility is small and has more of a family atmosphere than most we looked at. I am very pleased with the care she is receiving and as I visit on a weekly basis can monitor any changes in the facility.
