At Benton House, we love animals! In fact, nine of our communities have house dogs. With plans for more puppies later this year. Residents are encouraged and welcome to have pets too. There are some requirements, like a one-time fee that helps cover carpet replacement after an apartment transfer. Pets must be community living appropriate and people friendly. We have some size restrictions. And residents must be able to care for their pet. That said, pets do very well within our community. Our family already has a variety of cats, dogs, birds, and fish. The companionship pets provide is a blessing and most pets become mascots by default.
