Amazing
I could not ask for a better place for my mom. Alice has been at the Benton House of Tiffany Springs for 2 1/2 months now. The staff is so amazing. They treat mom as if she was their mom. The staff has so many activities to keep the residents busy. I do not know how they can keep up. My mom absolutely loves her apartment and staff. She smiles more then she has in the last few years. She also gets around better then she did before moving there. Now for the meals I can not say anything bad about the food. The chef is so friendly and the food is amazing. Over all I give everyone a 10 out of 1 thru 10 as 10 is the best. Thank you all for every thing .

We visited Benton House today! Bonnie gave us a tour. It was very lovely. I’m looking forward to my mom being cared for in their memory care unit. Very happy residents and very pleasant staff! They have a beautiful well trained therapy dog. A golden retriever named, Ivory! Just a beautiful place, all around, inside out!Thank you, Bonnie!I am making calls. Can’t wait to get back with you about my mom.

Benton House at Tiffany Springs provided respite care for my sister following a traumatic seizure and fall. The time allowed the family to make decisions about future care/living situation. The wonderful caregivers helped her to transition living independently to living in assisted living. We eventually found a place that met her specific needs and the staff at Benton House were as gracious in her departure as she was upon her arrival. Shout out to Ivory the house dog!!

We moved Mom in 2 1/2 months ago. We love all the help. The staff treats her so lovingly. It is truly amazing how happy our mother is. They have activities to keep everyone busy. The special events are so much fun. We have had A day in Paris, Music under the Stars, and Red Carpet in Hollywood. And a couple ice cream socials. I can not say enough on how grateful we are to Benton House.

Facility is well maintained. Caregivers treat residents like family! Can’t imagine Granddad anywhere else. Great peace of mind knowing he is well taken care of by all of the staff. Granddad says the food is delicious!

Nicest staff and lovely accommodations. From the start of moving my Mom into this location, Dee (the Executive Director) and all the other individuals who work there made the process as easy and convenient as possible. Couldn't give them higher praise!

My Mother has been living at Benton House for over a year and I can't say enough great things about the staff. They are the most caring people and I never worry because I know she is taken good care of. I probably bug them all too much to see if my Mom is OK lol but they are so happy to return my text . Best decision I've made. Thank you nurse's, aides, Sandy and Alyssa.

My Mom has been very happy and content since moving there last Fall. The staff are very sweet and take good care of her. The admin and nursing staff are on top of things and very easy to work with. So glad we found this place when she moved here from out of state.

Memory care at Tiffany has some amazing help to care for their residents. Food looks and smells wonderful! Desserts at lunch and dinner! Wish I could eat them! Have fun activities for the residents to watch or participate in.

Benton House of Staley Hills is a wonderful place. Home like atmosphere and awesome staff. They have taken care of my mother for 4 years.If you are looking for a place for a loved one, you can't go wrong at Benton House of Staley Hills.

Sandy Bauer who Director of Marketing and Community Relations is just such a joy to work with and her outgoing and upbeat personality radiates to everyone around her at Benton House of Tiffany Springs. All of the residents are well taken care and happy and content. Sandy makes sure this is consistent and makes sure the local community is always involved as well. It takes a village and Sandy makes the village come together for the benefit of all. If you are in need of a beautiful senior living facility, this is the place in the Northland.

The staff there are so helpful. my grandfather was there and they all took great care of him. From the food to the caring dedication of the Administrator to the day nurse all was great. During the pandemic they all cared for him and gave him love right up until his last days while we couldn’t be there with him.

Have had my father in memory care for about two years. The staff at Benton House have been like family they have been very supportive . I know they really care about my father they have treated him very well and have made his stay a pleasant one. They really try to make you feel at home.

Katy at Benton House was SO helpful and patient after my dad had a stroke last year and I came in for a tour. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional and made sure everything was handled so there would be no more stress on my family and I's part. Matt, who runs the social activities, is patient and very good at his job and makes things fun for all! Cindy, the head nurse, is so busy but always made time to really explain things when I had questions or was feeling anxious about my dad and his meds etc. Overall, this facility is VERY well kept and has an amazing team!
