Benton House of Grayson

I moved my parents moved into Benton House in February. A week after moving them in my Dad went into heart failure and passed away a week later. Benton House staff was so helpful to me as an only child, caring for my mom in Memory Care during the day while I was at the hospital then hospice with Dad. Loudres and Christine were both on top of my situation and seamlessly got me in touch with Precious Hands Home Care to take care of mom during the night. I would highly recommend this community and the “sitting service”. Loudres and Christine both go above and beyond all day and every day. The whole staff was so caring.

Residents, caregivers, medical professionals, and friends all agree that Benton House is the best assisted living facility in the Grayson, Loganville, and Snellville areas. It is because of the genuine care, concern, and respect they consistently receive from the staff.

Lourdes, the Sales Director, did not try to sell me on Benton House. She listened carefully and patiently addressed all of my concerns. She partnered with me to find the best solution for my mother, which made me feel that I was not alone and could rely on her for expert advice.

If you are looking for an assisted living facility, I strongly recommend making Benton House your first stop. It will very probably be your last.

Our Mom was one of the first residents of the Benton House of Grayson when it was initially being built. From the first moment she met Lourdes at a pre move-in function, our Mom was lovingly and attentively taken care of. That genuine love and caring attitude from Lourdes, Christine Sokol (the Director) Jenna, Fonda, and so many other wonderful staff members was always evident and so very much appreciated by our family. Mom enjoyed her time there and truly loved all of these special people, and so did we. If you have this decision to make for your loved ones, I highly recommend The Benton House of Grayson.

Today is my mom’s 86th birthday. I called my mom today and she is doing great. I am thankful God has answered my prayers and had great nurses care for my mom. Pricilla greeted me the first day last April and made me feel comfortable that my mom was in good hands. Thank you & God bless you all!!

From the first time I walked into Benton House of Grayson, I knew this was the place for my mom because of the small intimate environment. The first person I met was Lourdes, she was warm and inviting. Lourdes took me on tour and I knew that this is where I wanted my mother to be. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The facility is well-maintained and always clean, and the residents seem happy and engaged. My mother has been at the Benton House for one month. I can say that the staff is very tentative. They make sure my mother is always engaged and happy. Shout-out to Sharlene and her team for caring for my mother. If you are considering assisted living for your loved one, I suggest visiting the Benton House and seeing Lourdes or Christine for more information.

A family member was recently admitted to this facility. The transition from home to here was expected to be difficult. With the professional staff it went fantastic. My loved one is now receiving the care she needs but was refusing because she didn’t want to leave her house. She now calls Benton House her home. She has dementia and the memory care staff knows the best ways to deal with her and her needs. I recently visited, I was very appreciative of everything they do and the way they do it. I have experience with this as I cared for my mother for seven years. Great job Benton House of Grayson, Georgia.

Have a friend with Alzheimer’s and because she didn’t want to leave her house, worked for more than a year to get her to Benton House. In that year we visited many times to show her the facility. Lourdes, a member of the staff at Grayson spent lots of time with her, showing how it would be beneficial for her to be at Benton House. Lourdes was very caring and with her help over a long period of time was very instrumental in getting her to Benton House. Lourdes was a familiar face to my friend and made the transition very smooth and without her knowledge, help and caring it would have never happened, because my friend was a very difficult person to deal with. The complete staff at Benton House is wonderful, they take time to help in any and all ways possible. The programs they have for their residence are great with lots of variety to accommodate everyone. It is just a wonderful facility.

My mother is thoroughly enjoying the activities at Benton House. She is particularly involved in the exercise class in the mornings and the art class taught by one of the residents. Because of the events and activities, she feels she has made good friends and is much more comfortable living in her apartment.
