We also encouraged residents to bring their own pets. Following a few requirements, pets become an integral part of our community. There is a one-time fee for each pet. This covers carpet replacement after an apartment transfer. Residents must be able to care for their pet. There are some size restrictions. And pets must be people friendly and community appropriate. That said, our family already has a variety of dogs, cats, birds, and fish.
