Our community is proud to be pet friendly. At Benton House, we love animals. Through our Benton Doodle program, nine of our communities have house dogs. And we are planning more puppies for next year. Residents are also allowed to have pets. After meeting some requirements, beloved pets can become a part of our community. There is a one-time fee as we replace carpets after an apartment transfer. Residents must be able to care for their pet. There are some size restrictions. And pets must be community living appropriate and people friendly. That said, most pets become a mascot by default and the companionship they offer is a blessing.
