The Staff Are Unbelievably Kind And Helpful
We recently had an unexpected month long vacation at the Garden House. ALL of the staff are unbelievably kind and helpful. Even the PT people. The food certainly had no complaints by us. We have nothing but positive and happy things to say. Was certainly worth the money. And we met some of the nicest residents. April you did a fantastic job for us.

I am so thankful my mom has a safe and beautiful place to live. She gets the attention and care she needs at this stage of life. I'm thankful for all the staff that care about my mom professionally and courteously. The Garden House is great!

The Garden House took very good care of my father during his stay. The staff was communicative, caring, and accommodating. The facility was well cared for, a variety of services and activities were offered, and the dining experience was well thought out.

I have been a part of this awesome team going on 22 years and I would not want to be anywhere else.. our saying and song is We are Family.. and this is very true.. you want find a more caring, loving, clean, and one on one touch like you find here. I have been on both sides of the fence with also having a love one live here, and it's definitely true to the saying We Are Family.

Garden House and their staff is amazing. My mom was in the memory care unit for the last 4 months and the entire staff was amazing. From day one, they settled my nerves and gave me peace about her living there and after that they talked to me anytime I called. The office staff is amazing with any questions and the staff is awesome and extremely attentive to the residents. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone but especially if you have a loved one who needs memory care.

Moving your parents from their own home to assisted living is probably never easy. There are many transitions, but the Garden House of Anderson made this necessary way of life change very smooth. My family and I are so appreciative of the kind and conscientious care of their personnel. We are so glad Garden House was their chosen option.Lots of love,Kathy

My mom has been living in the Garden House for 3 years. The first year she lived in the 100 section. She was basically taking care of herself. We loved all the staff that helped her to be as independent as she could be. They were wonderful with her. After that first year she was then moved to memory care. My sister and I visited our mom everyday from the first day she moved to the Garden House. Everyday. We watched everyone that worked there and never had a complaint. When we couldn’t visit because of Covid we never worried about her care. We had watched the staff at work for a year and a half. We knew how they did their jobs. We would call to check on her each day and whoever answered the phone knew what was going on with our mom. Having someone with dementia is very hard. Garden House eased our stress and worries. Our mom thinks the staff is her family. And we see them as our family. Keelee runs a tight ship. April welcomes new guests with open arms. But the staff is the Garden House.

I have worked there along with a few other places. Honestly they all have there short comings where they could improve but all in all The Garden House is the better out of the other places by far. I’m rating them not only from a resident care standpoint but also how they treat their employees.

One of life's toughest decisions is deciding when and where to move a parent into assisted living. The time came for my mother to move into assisted memory care as we knew she would need special attention. Garden House has been an answer to our prayers as my mother has adapted and thrived in the environment. I have watched as the entire staff (in both Assisted Living and Memory Care) treat each resident with kindness and respect. I have been particularly impressed with Molly (Memory Care Coordinator) as she and her team have frequent activities, parties, and special outings. It has been thrilling to visit the Garden House Facebook page and see my mom smiling and enjoying the events. Plus I have been impressed with the management team. Keelee, the Garden House Director as she has addressed any concern with promptness and the administrative assistant, Ann, is always happy to help with any questions. This is truly a 5 star Assisted Living facility.

I can't say enough about Garden House. Kelee, April, Courtney, Kim, Casey, Anne, Susan and all employees that I don't know by name but they always smile and greet me in the halls, - YOU ARE ALL Terrific. My Dad is his old self since moving in during October. Each one of you (even the ones I can't name, but I will eventually meet you all), have made that difference in him. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

My Mom is a resident and she thoroughly enjoys it. Many activities are on the schedule, exercise classes are offered and there is weekly entertainment. There is also wine and cheese once a week with music.

My mother, who will be 90 this year, has been in the memory care unit at The Garden House for over a year. She always tells me what a beautiful place it is. We feel very comfortable with her care there and how much she feels at home. Though it is very sad to see your mom go through this stage of life, The Garden House gives us peace of mind knowing that she is well taken care of.
