Concern: Caregivers leave residents to their own devices and do not provide options or opportunities for them to interact with people.
Our Approach: We have a full-time social director in every community. They oversee the planning and scheduling of fun activities and events that are available seven days a week, not just Monday through Friday. We also encourage residents to take part in any event to spend time with friends and other residents.
6. Privacy
Concern: Residents do not have personal space. All areas are shared, leaving little room for privacy.
Our Approach: Our communities feature a variety of apartment sizes and styles that match a variety of tastes and budgets. Residents enjoy plenty of personal space within their apartment and have access to a private restroom.
7. Moving & Downsizing
Concern: Changing a living situation and giving up their familiar space can be extremely hard.
Our Approach: To help residents transition, we offer the option to decorate and furnish their apartment with belongings. This ensures they can create a place that truly feels like home. They can change their apartment to fit their needs and truly make it their own.
8. Options for Medical Care
Concern: Residents do not have access to their physicians and therapists, and do not have medication support.
