We built Benton House to serve residents.

Each one of our communities is large enough to provide everything residents need. While remaining small enough to foster a sense of community. Where we handle all the daily upkeep chores like cooking and cleaning. To ensure residents can focus on important things like spending time with family, friends, pets, and enjoying what Benton House offers.

Our communities include amenities like:

• Personal Emergency Systems: Residents receive a personal emergency pendant that ensures help is available if they need it
• Courtyards & Grounds: We maintain pristine outdoor spaces where residents can get fresh air and can relax
• Dining: Residents enjoy a restaurant-style menu with a dozen daily options prepared fresh
• Single Level Design: We built our communities on a single level to eliminate the need for stairs

We Love Pets!

At Benton House, we love animals!

Through our Benton Doodle Program, we have adopted house dogs in many of our communities and are planning for more puppies in the future.

Benton House won a National Innovation Award for a pilot program using specially trained dogs to detect COVID. With testing now widely available, these dogs naturally transitioned to traditional house dogs. The daily therapy and love they offer is an incredible service.

Residents are welcome and encouraged to have pets too!

Our family already has a variety of cats, dogs, fish, and birds. We have some requirements like a one-time fee, as we replace carpets after an apartment transfer. Residents must be able to care for their pet. There are size restrictions. And pets must be community living appropriate and people friendly.

That said. Pets are an integral part of our family, and the companionship they provide is a blessing.

Activities & Events for Residents

We encourage residents to lead an active, healthy lifestyle.

So, every one of our senior residence facilities has a full-time social director. They oversee the planning and scheduling of many fun activities and events. These are available to residents seven days a week, not just Monday through Friday.

Our activities & events include:

• “Every Day is Special”: Daily events based on unique fun facts for the day
• Happy Hour: Weekly events featuring hot hors d’oeuvres and entertainment
• Special: Monthly dinners planned around varied themes
• Fitness: Daily options of exercise classes and walking clubs

Residents are welcome to take part in any events with their friends.
