Pet Friendly Senior Group Home Centers

Benton House is proud to be pet friendly!

We love animals. In fact, many of our communities have house dogs and we are planning for more puppies in the future. We call it our Benton Doodle Program.

Benton House won a national Innovation Award for a pilot program that used dogs to detect COVID. Of course, these dogs have naturally transitioned to traditional house dogs as testing became readily available. The love and therapy they offer daily is an incredible service.

Residents are welcome to have pets too!

Our family already has a variety of cats, dogs, fish, and birds. There are a few requirements:

• One-Time Fee: We replace the carpet after an apartment transfer
• Size: There are some size restrictions—sorry, no elephants
• Care: Residents must be able to care for their pet
• Suitability: Pets must be community living appropriate and people friendly

All that said, the companionship a pet provides is a blessing and most become mascots by default.

Spacious Apartments

We feature a variety of apartment sizes and styles to match a variety of tastes and budgets. Once a resident chooses one of our units, they are free to decorate and furnish with belongings. Where they complete a home with all the right touches, find friends around the corner. And no matter which apartment you choose, you are always near the center of activity.

Our apartments also feature a variety of services and amenities, which include:

• Carpeted living and sleeping areas
• Fully private restroom
• Kitchenette, sink, and a small fridge
• Individually controlled thermostat
• Mini blinds
• Daily and weekly housekeeping, linen, and laundry services
