Which is why Benton House features the Beacon Neighborhood. An area of our community dedicated to serving those experiencing memory loss.

This bright, beautiful area of our community offers assisted living within a design that is open, homelike, and keypad-protected. Its design is an important element of our care philosophy. The neighborhood is large enough to have a community feel, but not so large that it feels overwhelming. Residents enjoy the open design but have the reassurance of seeing others around if help is needed.

Our daily life approach is a special calendar. Where we blend familiar routines with unique events that celebrate ability, rather than focusing on loss. Residents experience aspects of daily life like dining, relaxation, and exercise at roughly the same time every day. We seek to provide varied activities during these times to make every day both familiar and fresh.

To ensure residents have full support. The Beacon Neighborhood features higher staffing ratios and a dedicated coordinator.

Personalized Support

Part of our approach to care includes taking the time to get to know our residents. Which allows us to welcome them into the family and to learn their needs. With this approach, we can develop a plan of care that is personalized to the needs of every resident.
