  • The past couple of years with covid have been hard, but our family has fought to keep things going and I am proud to be apart of that. Even though somedays
    are harder than others, I believe in the light at the end of the tunnel.
  • Home office is amazing at making us all feel like we matter. They aren’t just after the money. They want to help everyone even if they are not a resident.

  • On a corporate level, they really do care about there people taking care of the communities and you don’t see that very often.
  • I love how compassionate the staff are. The ‘Moments of Joy’ program we have gives staff the ability to recognize an individual resident’s needs or wants and fulfill that for them. Whether being able to send them to a nice restaurant for dinner with family or getting them a personal printer for all the pictures she
    receives on her phone, it lets the residents know we not only care for them but we do care about them as well.
  • I have worked for PSLG going on 10 years. I have had many opportunities to grow with the company and I love it here. There is no other place I’d rather spend my days.

  • Sharlene Davidson goes above and beyond for the residents. She showers them if they need it. Toilets the residents. She know each and everyone of them on a personal level. I’ve never witnessed a manager show this much compassion and care for residents
